About the service
Is the service free?
Yes. Sending a request and comparing quotes is completely free, and you don’t have to accept any offer.
Are you a CCTV installer?
No. SaudiSecurity only compares offers: with your consent we pass your request to licensed installers, and the contract and warranty are between you and the installer you choose.
Do you provide security guards?
No. We cover security systems only: CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, smart locks, intercoms, alarm systems and their maintenance. We don’t provide security guards or guarding services.
Are the installers licensed?
We send requests to installers who provide their licence and commercial registration details. Still, ask the installer for the licence number and check it before signing — see how to choose a licensed installer.
When will they contact me?
Installers interested in your request usually contact you shortly, the way you prefer; it can vary by city and type of request.
Can I request for my home?
Of course. Choose “Home” in the form and pick what you need: cameras, a smart lock, an intercom or an alarm. See also home services.

Who contacts me after I send a request?
Licensed security system installers serving your city and type of request. Some ask for photos or a floor plan, or a site survey before the final quote.
How many quotes will I get?
It depends on your city, the type of request and how many installers are available. Our aim is that you receive more than one quote to compare.
I don’t know how many cameras I need — can I still ask?
Of course. Choose “Not sure” and the technician sets the number after the survey. See how many cameras you need.
I have several branches — one request per branch?
No. Send one request, choose the number of sites, and give the cities when installers contact you.
Can I cancel my request or change my details?
Yes — call or WhatsApp us via the contact page, and you can decline installers directly at any time without obligation.
Licences and requirements
Does the installer have to be licensed?
Installing security surveillance systems is a licensed activity, especially for premises that must meet the requirements. Ask for the licence number and commercial registration and check them — see how to choose a licensed installer.
Do my premises have to install cameras?
Some commercial and public activities must have a camera system to a set specification. Check with the competent authority and a licensed installer; there is a general overview on surveillance camera compliance.
Can you help with the Civil Defense certificate?
We don’t issue certificates or deal with authorities on your behalf, but we connect you with accredited fire safety companies that set up the fire alarm system your activity needs. Read fire alarms and Civil Defense requirements.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
No. We don’t monitor any site. Some installers offer follow-up services, and monitoring centres for third parties may need their own licence. Details in maintenance and monitoring contracts.
Do you provide security guards?
No, we don’t provide security guards or guarding services. We cover technical security systems only.
Privacy and data
Who do you share my details with?
Only licensed installers relevant to your request, and only after your explicit consent in the form. Details in our privacy policy.
Should I enter camera passwords or send recordings?
Never. Don’t enter passwords, ID numbers or recordings in any field. We only need a general description of your request and how to reach you.
May I install cameras that film my neighbours or the street?
Point cameras at your own property only, don’t film your neighbours’ privacy, and keep street coverage to a minimum. Read home cameras and privacy.
