1.About the Service
SaudiSecurity is an online service, free for users, that lets you send one request for quotes from licensed installers of surveillance cameras and security systems, for services such as business and home CCTV, surveillance camera compliance, fire alarm systems, access control and attendance, smart locks, intercoms and video doorbells, intruder alarms and maintenance contracts, and then passes the request, with your consent, to independent providers.
We are not an installer, a monitoring centre or a contracting agent. We do not sell, install, monitor or maintain equipment, we do not provide security guard services, we do not set prices or scope, and we take no payment from you for equipment or installation.
The content published on the Site, including guides and service and city pages, is general information only, not legal or technical advice. Regulations and requirements mentioned, including those on surveillance cameras and Civil Defense, are a guide, may change, and must be confirmed with the competent authorities and a licensed installer.
2.Acceptance of these terms
By using the Site, sending a request or registering as a partner through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
To send a request you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract under the laws in force in the Kingdom.
3.Your obligations
When you use the Site, you agree:
- To provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and not to impersonate anyone or send a request in another person’s or a business’s name without authority.
- To send requests only for the genuine purpose of obtaining quotes for a real need, and not to send fake or duplicate requests or requests for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Not to enter ID numbers, bank account details or passwords, including camera and recorder passwords, camera recordings, or other sensitive data the forms do not ask for.
- To use the surveillance and security systems you request quotes for lawfully, to respect other people’s privacy, and not to request any system for covert filming of people, filming private places or intruding on neighbours’ privacy.
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, disrupt it, collect its content or data by automated means, or use it in breach of the law or public morals.
We may refuse or decline to pass on any request, or restrict access to the Site, where we consider that its use breaches these terms or the law.
4.Requests, quotes and third parties
Sending a request is free and does not commit you to accept any quote or contract any service.
We aim to pass your request to licensed providers suited to it, but we do not guarantee how many quotes you will receive, when, at what price, or that any installer is available when you want.
Quotes, prices, specifications, scope and warranties come from providers alone, and any agreement is made directly between you and the provider. We recommend a written quote setting out the equipment and its positions, cabling, storage capacity, timeline, warranty, maintenance and what happens on delay, fault or dispute.
We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. We do not guarantee the quality of equipment, installation or maintenance, or its compliance with regulations and requirements, and we are not responsible for any fault, delay or payment dispute. The provider is answerable for these under your agreement with it and the applicable laws.
Once a system is installed, responsibility for how it is used — including camera positions, keeping and protecting recordings and who may view them — rests with the owner of the system or the business under the applicable laws.
5.Partner providers
We pass requests to licensed providers operating lawfully in the Kingdom, and we ask partners for licence, commercial registration and accreditation details when they register. Each provider is responsible for holding the licences, registrations and accreditations its business requires, including a surveillance system installation licence and Civil Defense accreditation for fire systems where needed. We do not rate or endorse installers, and we recommend checking them yourself before agreeing.
A partner registering through the Site confirms that its details, including its licence, commercial registration, accreditation and services, are accurate and that it is authorised to represent the business it registers. Registration does not mean automatic acceptance as a partner, and we may stop passing requests to any partner whose details prove inaccurate or whose licence has expired.
A provider that receives a request must use the user’s data only for that request, contact the user professionally and in the way they preferred, and stop contacting them when asked.
6.Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, the logo, software and the way they are arranged, is owned by or licensed to SaudiSecurity and protected by the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom.
You may view the content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.
Names of government bodies, regulations, platforms and brands mentioned on the Site, if any, are used for identification only; they do not imply a partnership with or endorsement of the Site.
7.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, complete or suitable for your business’s or home’s situation, or that the Site will operate without interruption.
Information on the Site about surveillance camera rules, Civil Defense requirements, licensing and technical specifications is a guide only, is not legal advice, and is no substitute for confirming it with the competent authorities and a licensed installer.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content, for any defect, fault or delay in work or equipment supplied by a provider, or for any incident or loss at a site fitted with a security system.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws in force in the Kingdom.
8.Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to websites, accounts or services run by others. We provide these links for convenience only, we do not control their content or privacy practices and we are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by those parties’ terms.
9.Changes to these terms and the Service
We may change these terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Changes take effect from the date they are published, and your continued use of the Site after publication means you accept the amended terms.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without any obligation to you.
10.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Site. Before that, both parties will try to settle the dispute amicably.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.Language
These terms are written in Arabic and English. If there is any difference or conflict between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
12.Contact about these terms
For any question about these terms, contact us on +966 50 778 6207. Questions about a security system you agreed to have installed or maintained by an installer should go to that installer directly.
